About Us

We are a group of architects urbanists and digital Data specialists who develop solutions for urban development problems and spatial infrastructure to help shape our cities. We are based in different locations around the world, and we are supported by a growing list of expert collaborators from different backgrounds and disciplines. We have a strategic link with JTP architects and masterplanners in London.

The company was formed by Alkis Tzavaras in 2015. Alkis is an architect, urban planner and real estate development expert with over 20 years of experience in global award-winning projects. He has extensive knowledge on the design and implementation of new retail and mixed-use residential communities and has led many high profile projects through all stages. During the last 20 years, he has worked extensively on different scale projects across Europe, Russia, the Middle East and China where he has long experience in advising private clients and local and national governments on their development goals.
